Located in the tropical paradise of Playa Langosta on Costa Rica’s celebrated Pacific Coast Villa Encantada and Villa Tranquila offer guests two premium vacation rental options from which to discover and explore this amazing country. With air-conditioning throughout, each property of these luxury Costa Rica Vacation Rentals provides premium furnishings and amenities including fully equipped kitchens with modern stainless steel appliances, flat screen plasma televisions, high speed internet, and more. Both Villas ensure guests have “all the comforts of home” even though they are just a short 2-minute walk to the beach.
Villa Encantada is located in Villas Cerca del Mar, a complex of 10 Moorish-inspired homes, and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all en-suite, on two levels. There is an additional half bathroom on the first floor. Each bedroom features either a queen-sized bed or two twin beds.
The Villa’s private pool is the largest in the complex and is surrounded by a partially shaded deck offering various seating options including chaise lounges and reclining chairs with footrests. Towards the center of the property guests have an enclosed grill area as well as a separate meditation area complete with a relaxing fountain.
Villa Encantada can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Fully air-conditioned, Villa Tranquila is located in the gated Courtyard Villas development and features three bedrooms including one with a study/sofabed and three bathrooms, all en-suite. For guests’ convenience there is also a half bathroom on the first floor. Each Suite/Guest Room offers either a queen-sized bed or two twin beds; one of the Suites includes an attached study furnished with a queen sized sofa bed.
Villa Tranquila’s pool creates a private “resort” feel, with ample seating around the deck and a stainless steel gas grill. The first floor’s “open plan” concept combines the kitchen, dining room and living area all into one space. All bedrooms/Suites are located on the second and third floors of the Villa, and when the windows are open guests are lulled by the sound of the ocean waves just nearby.
Villa Tranquila can accommodate up to 8 guests.

A newly installed gas grill in the indoor/outdoor patio and a brand new washer and dryer are available as well. There is an outdoor shower by the pool for your convenience.

Each one of Villa Tranquila’s three bedrooms and sleeper sofa are furnished to provide a great night’s sleep with soft yet light sheets, comfy pillows and blankets. Then next morning is another day to explore and experience the Pura Vida life, refreshed and ready to go. All bedrooms at the Villa include an en-suite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom #1 (second floor) features two twin beds, a spacious sitting area, and built-in dresser with vanity.
Guest bedroom #2 (second floor) features a queen-sized bed, overstuffed armchair and ottoman and a private outdoor terrace. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a rich cup of Costa Rica’s finest coffee while planning the day’s events.

The private mosaic-tiled pool gives kids just the spot to splash around, but there’s space to relax and float as the clouds drift by overhead.
